Our products

All jewellery is handcrafted individually. As a result, small variations in shape, texture, finish and appearance may occur — these are a natural characteristic of handmade pieces and are not considered faults.

Some items are made to order or personalised specifically for you. Details of lead times will be shown on individual product pages.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of a pricing error or if an item becomes unavailable.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe shown on each product listing. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
