Processing times

As all our jewellery is handcrafted to order, please allow the lead time shown on each individual product listing before dispatch. We will always do our best to meet these timeframes and will keep you informed if there are any delays.

Fingerprint & impression jewellery

When you order a fingerprint or impression piece, we will first send you an impression kit via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days). A prepaid return label is included for you to send your impressions back to us. Once we receive your impressions, we will handcraft your piece and dispatch it to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring next-day guaranteed delivery with full tracking. 

Standard jewellery

All other jewellery is shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented, ready for gifting if required.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at heldinsilver@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
