Please note that the different sizes relate to the weight of the finished pendant rather than an exact size. The size and thickness of your pendant will vary depending on the pressure applied when making your impression. The harder you press into the
wax, the larger the surface area of your pendant.

Please keep in mind that your finished piece will be an exact replica of your print - Hold your print under a light and the detail you see on the wax is what will be visible in silver. If you are unsure, please contact me with pictures and I will be happy to help!

Absolutely! The wax is pet safe and the process is the same as a fingerprint - just use their paw or nose instead! (Paws would be recommended as it is easier to capture an impression)

Yes - Please be sure to use each ball of wax as this ensures I have options when it comes to choosing which will be the most suitable to turn into your finished piece.

Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of the fingerprint/pet print pieces I am unable to offer returns on these items, so please ensure you are happy with the detail of your impression before you return it to me.

If you are unsure whether your print will translate well into silver please don’t hesitate to reach out to me to check they are suitable.

They are absolutely suitable for children! They create beautiful keepsakes and a way to capture precious memories.

Please keep in mind that babies under 1 year often haven't developed a defined fingerprint yet so may not produce a clearly detailed print. However, a print could be taken from the knuckle crease of the finger, the palm or even a toe!

Most pendants can include multiple prints!

Mini can include 2 prints, provided it's double-sided, with one print on each side.

I would recommend a maximum of 3 prints for Regular and 4 prints for Large.
